“Citizens of Athens,

This is a fact without any lies.

Whether it is big or small, I have never hidden anything and speak frankly.

Of course, I know much enough that I am hated because I do so.

However, the fact itself that I am hated is the evidence that what I am saying is true, and resenting and slandering me is the obvious evidence that what I speak is a fact as it is.

If you investigate this at the present or in the future, I believe that you will know that what I have just said is true.

Este es un hecho sin ningún tipo de mentiras.

Sin importar el tamaño, nunca he escondido nada y he hablado con franqueza.

Claro que se de sobras que soy odiado por ser así.

No obstante el hecho de que soy odiado es la evidencia de que lo que digo es verdad y el resentimiento y la burla es la obvia evidencia que lo que hablo es un hecho en si mismo.

Si investigas ahora o en el futuro esto, estoy seguro que sabrás que lo que digo es verdad.
